Vendor Application & Insurance Requirements
All vendors must provide an active Emerald Acres Vendor Permit. The expiration dates listed on the Emerald Acres Vendor Permit directly correspond to policies and licenses that were previously submitted by the vendor. Any vendor that does not have an active Permit is required to obtain one prior to authorization of work on the premises. Emerald Acres allows for approved outside vendors and aims to support local businesses while providing our guests an exceptional experience.

The submission of an application does not guarantee approval and more documentation or information beyond that which is required within this application may be requested prior to determination.
• Additional Insured and Certificate Holder should appear as the following:

Emerald Acres Properties, LLC and

Insurers should carry an AM Best rating of “A” or better.
Policy numbers must be included at the top of each endorsement attached and referenced on the certificate.
All policies shall contain a provision that coverage afforded thereunder shall not lapse, be canceled, non-renewed or have restrictive modifications added, without thirty (30) days prior written notice.
Copies of any policies must be provided upon request.
Certificate of Insurance shall be subject to approval but any acceptance of insurance shall in no way limit or relieve the vendor of the duties and responsibilities assumed in this contract.
Event Holders (Licensee), Caterers and Other Vendors:
$1,000,000 - Each Occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. $300,000 - Damage to Rented Premises
$10,000 Medical Expense
$1,000,000 - Personal and Advertising Injury
$2,000,000 - General Aggregate / Products Completed Operations Aggregate
General Liability Insurance must be written on an occurrence form (Claims Made or Sunset Clause forms are not acceptable). Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Emerald Acres, LLC, Emerald Acres Properties, LLC and Rooted Development, LLC must accompany certificates. All Policies must be endorsed to name Emerald Acres, LLC, Emerald Acres Properties, LLC and Rooted Development, LLC and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents as additional insured for ongoing and completed operations if applicable. Endorsements containing “sole negligence”, “vicarious liability” or “ongoing operations” will not be accepted.
$1,000,000 - Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage including coverage for all owned, hired and non-owned vehicles or equipment.
Additional Insured endorsement is required. Coverage must be written on a Primary/Non-contributory basis. Waiver of Subrogation applies.
Limit of Liability - $5,000,000 Each Claim and Aggregate to meet the contract requirement
Worker's compensation insurance with benefits and coverage no less than statutory requirements, and employer's liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 bodily injury by accident (each accident), $1,000,000 bodily injury by disease (each employee); and $1,000,000 bodily injury by disease (policy limit). Such insurance shall include by endorsement a waiver of the insurer's rights of recovery (including, but not limited to, subrogation) in favor of the Additional Insureds.
Copy of Additional Insured endorsement specifically naming: Rooted Development, LLC, Emerald Acres as additional insured or copy of applicable blanket additional insured endorsement for the general liability, excess liability & liquor liability.
